The ordering and delivering were good. My slippers fit well but after only a week and a half of wearing them, the inside bottom lining has come away on both slippers, in the upper half. This bunches up and is very annoying. I think i will need to buy new slippers. I could not recommend these to anyone.

Shoes sent to wrong address (my fault) Tried to cancel but told they had been despatched to empty property. Asked to have them sent to correct address when returned by carrier but have no response

Shoes didn't fit, the bag they came in was tiny and couldn't be used to return them. You charge for returns when most companies don't and the refund process takes too long

i have sent an email through eBay, not happy as the sandals say size 4 and Europe 36, But a size 4 in England is a 37 in Europe, so they are too small more,a size 3 and I needed them for my holiday which I am going to on Saturday so no time to send back, however my daughter is a size 3 so I will give them to her, such a shame as they are nice but not true to size, I will not be shopping with you again. After wearing slippers for 2 days the soles came away from the uppers. Am in process of returning them. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, these slippers were too narrow for my feet and I could not get more than my toes inside. The "free returns" is a misnomer - because I require a refund I have had to pay the cost of postage myself. Very disappointing.

i purchased a pair of dunlop slippers size 10 my regular size,they were too small,returned for larger size 11,they arrived too small,returned for refund .result £5.80 out of pocket on postage

Shoes recently bought size 9 which are my size were too tight across top of my feet and also a wee bit on the short side Not too happy with my purchase.

I got over charged for next day delivery, when it is not what I requested. I needed standard day delivery. What is worse, is that I ordered the shoes on a Sunday and they arrived on a Wednesday, so even if I did request next day delivery, it still did not arrive on time.

48hour delivery took 7 days Then when they arrived shoes on box say e fitting advertised On ebay as eee fitting

I was thrilled when they arrived, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately after 4 days Wear the lining started coming away from the back of the slipper. Now they are not so comfy. Shame!!!

The process to return items is much to complicated, there is no return label in the package - rather instructions to direct you to a website which handles returns to more than one retailer. You then have to have a printer to print the appropriate label .Then -when returns are received they state that it will take 14 days to refund payments. I feel this is far too slow.

Shoes ordered were unable to be worn due to poor workmanship, also looked as though been previously worn as soles dirty.

They were great at sending the items but I sent some of them back for a return which will take them up to 14 days to process after they have the items and then bank days before I get the refund. In this day and age this is really poor service. Would not expect to wait more than a couple days for somewhere to process the refund then wait for the bank processes.
