“Product is good and reliable”

“Not happy about shoes I received. Good build, but not as picture showed them. The only reason I chose a certain pair was the nice contrast of tan leather to almost black suede. The actual shoes I received had darker leather and lighter suede making them...not so special. I didn't need another pair of shoes, but ordered these because of the striking contrast of colours. What I got was adequate, but not worth the effort. Sorry.”

“Unfortunately the purchase has had to be returned due to the wrong colour being sent and no more available. I paid via PayPal on ordering but now find I have to wait upto 14 days for my refund which I am not overly happy about as it was your mistake to begin with. I have had no problems with Shuperb before but on this occasion feel I have been l let down.”

“I wAs` sorry that none off the ones which you sent me as the were wide enough for my feet. Also I had trouble in returning them because the Royal Mail insisted in charging me £11.58 ( I have receipts) Do you not have any shoes with a broad foot fitting? please respond by e-mail Frank”

“Nice Chelsea boots were misdescribed as wide fitting. In fact the sole is at least half an inch narrower than my other wide fitting shoes. Had to return. Waste of time and money.”

“The customer service is very good, the product is of very good quality and the delivery was fast and secure. The only reason I did not give five star was that, the replacement they sent to me has a stain on one pair. It was a black suede and the stain is “conspicuous.””

“My daughter is very happy with her slippers but mine instead of being wide fit, they are tight. I should have sent them back but i kept them. Hoping them to get loosen up. A bit disappointed because these are my favourite.”
