Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry the pair was not available in the size required. We had a stock issue with your pair, and our efforts to source a replacement from the supplier were not successful with regret. Whereby possible we will try and find an alternative we can offer that may be suitable but due to the nature of the product, there was nothing else we could suggest. “Didn’t look like picture completely different hat, sizing of hat wasn’t the usual Ugg size either east too big Had taken tags off to try hat on so unable to return ! Do not recommend”
