“Shoes turned out to be too big so I need to exchange them but the process of exchange/refund is a rip off and not as per standard online shop policies. Read up before you buy from them”

“Returned my boots received confirmation on 12th January today is 7th February still no refund.. when contacted should be with you soon 26 days and counting .. far too long”

“Ordered a lovely pair of sandals for my granddaughter which didn’t fit so had to return them. Despite them confirming they received my return on 16.1.24 still not received my refund just fobbed off every time I contact them. Won’t use them again.”
