“Parcel arrived before due date which was amazing but unfortunately my boots were unsuitable so I have returned them and I am awaiting my refund let’s hope it’s dealt with as quick as the delivery, would definitely order again .”

“Poor customer service with representatives who didn’t answer questions and fobbed me off. I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the boots until 5 days later. At a minimum I should’ve been refunded for the extra delivery cost paid. The boots were as described but I’ll never shop with these people again because I have no faith they’d assist if a problem arose.”
