“Good products sent, good price. I knew I would need to return at least two of the four, but did not get free return on ovwe £40 worth of itema. I had missed the small print on the sale items, my fault I suppose, but it could have been made clearer and not easy to miss on the webpage. The return forms were very onerous to fill in , surely much simpler forms could be used ?”

“Tele. sales not interested in serving you or not!!! Once order was placed packed and delivered as promised !!! Yes would use again, but hopefully with more interest from tele. sales!!!”

“I was unsure whether to order these boots because I needed to know how generous the sizes were, I asked about this in your 'chat' room and was told they are normal sizes, so I ordered them, but they are not true to size in fact my husband could not get anywhere near them, a very very small fit, so I will be returning them.”

“When I ordered the shoes I didn't receive any confirmation that the order was being processed or when the item had been despatched. I have since returned the shoes in exchange for a bigger size but have not had any confirmation the returns have been received/exchanged item has been despatched..?”

“Fast delivery initially, but size was wrong so had to return. Waited 2 weeks without hearing anything back, so I called and they said they had received my return and are "processing" it. He said it will "probably arrive next week"... Not sure why it takes 3 weeks to exchange some shoes.”

“Colour exactly what I expected and am pleased with.Sleeves are very wide at top but am keeping the jumper as the colour is what sells it , been looking quite a while without success.”

“Well,I finally received my shoes,Saturday 14November.....but, the postal service took so long to deliver,because the box they were sent in broke apart and had to be totally be unwrapped.....and,then got to me.....quite abit later than it should have.”

“The goods arrived quickly and were as described on the web site. The size was too large, they seem to be a generous cut, and I was unable to return them using the link given in the leaflet that arrived with the goods but when I went directly onto the site I was able to return the goods with the return label downloaded. Repayment was swift and in full. I purchased a smaller size and was delighted with them.”

“Although I requested wide fit shoes. ? They are certainly not wide fit. !!!!! And as they are steel toe cap it's not going to be easy wearing them. Please explain to your supplier ? The shoes are not fit for purpose as the description is false.”

“Great shoes. Rang a week after receiving them to order another pair but was told the offer had finished. Under no circumstances was I able to order at the original price!!! Shame”

“I am still awaiting my refund as I have have had no confirmation as to the goods I've sent you back. so I can not reflect as to the service I've received but the second pair of shoes are satisfactory to my needs and the delivery was good”

“The quality of the shoes is good but there is an inconsistency when it comes to saying "free shipping". This free shipping took longer than expected and the purpose for which the order was made expired.”
