Hi Helen, Thanks for the review and I am sorry to hear this, Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel on 17/10/23 but as no one was available they have taken this back to the delivery office pending redelivery or collection. “Crocs broke as soon as they were tried on, back strap came off with no way of reattaching the button. As no more were in stocks I had to order elsewhere. Phoned customer services and returned for a refund. Customer advisor was very apologetic.”
