“Slippers arrived promptly and I was kept informed of the progress of my parcel. Rhoda slippers are the best I’ve ever had can’t remember how many years of wear I got from my last ones and I’m sure the new ones are just as good .”

“Yep Ill give a review :) Yours was the only place that could get me white cros delivered the next day, so I paid the extra because I was going on holiday. Shuperb, knowing thta the Royal Mail were apparently still not delivering on time even if extra was paid, still ook the extra money for delivery, and made no mention that they were experiencing delays on this type of delivery so I could decide to go elsewhere.....and so on the day they were due delivery, tey didnt deliver and instead just got an email saying they were experiencing delays....so my crocs got deliverered after my holiday....what awaste of time! So no....i wouldnt reccommend Shuperb.”

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your review and I'm very sorry to hear the order arrived later than expected, we do dispatch all orders promptly but Royal Mail did have some delays at certain Mail Centres so I am sorry for the delay. We always try and quote an accurate estimated delivery date but occasionally the parcel does get delayed due to Royal Mail and issues within their internal network. “I ordered shoes one evening by express and they arrived next morning but unfortunately the shoes had been mispacked and were the wrong colour. I returned them the same day and tried to reorder but the firm could not guarantee delivery by express until 5 days ahead (as it was over a bank holiday) which was after we needed them. I requested a refund which came through quickly.”
