Hi, Your telephone number is constantly unavailable. I have been trying for the last 10 days? I have returned 2 pairs of shoes by Fedex as they arrived too late for New Years Eve despite ordering well in advance. Please can you advise when I will be refunded? Have previously emailed and didn't get a response!
