“I mistakenly ordered the wrong size banner and noticed it in my confirmation email. I immediately called and emailed. I got an email response within 10 minutes that they rec'd correspondence. My phone call took a little longer. I waited for 15 minutes on hold and then allowed them to keep my place in line and have then call me. About thirty minutes later they called me back,. They allowed me to cancel my order and replace it with the correct size. I was very happy they were SO accommodating when I made the mistake. Very happy with Signsonthecheap!”

“Design was easy and fun, I liked the sign options, the cost of shipping almost made me back out. Shipping prices should be estimated and shown in advance, but I assume this service is more often used by people purchasing in bulk where the shipping wouldn't double your expected price..”
