“It's a bit bait and switch on the .89 cent signs. They don't mention they have to be black and white, 1 side. I get it, but some transparency upfront would be nice. A running total as color and a second side are added IN the design process.”

“Your process for uploading a design was extremely complicated. I couldn’t have accomplished it without assistance. However, your customer service rep was very helpful and efficient, and your end product signs are always beautiful. P.S. Your shipping charges are outrageous for a small order. (I only ordered 3 yard signs, and the shipping charge was almost $25!) This is the one, single factor that will cause me to use a competitor in the future.”
