Hello Rebecca! We apologize for the issues you have experienced with our sign. The corrugated sheet is made with a 4mm thickness and with a hole cut in the middle, the top of the sign will tend to sway. Hello Kristen, we apologize for the issues that you have been experiencing with our backdrop. We unfortunately do not have any contact from you regarding your wrinkle issue however this matter can be fixed! By removing the fabric from the velcro on the frame, you can reapply the fabric which will apply tension to the print thus removing the wrinkles. Make sure that you are stretching the fabric while reapplying it onto the frame. I hope this information finds you well, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

“I've sent a message to Robert, hopefully it gets through. One of the signs (no arrow) had the printing on one side upside down to the other side. As we were putting on a fence (though a wrought iron style) it wasn't so much of a problem. Also on 3 of the signs the black and red ink blurred a bit (packaged before ink dry ?). From 2-3 ft not too bad, but would prefer no blurring. Orma Bleeks”

“Terrible in store service after being ignored for nearly half an hour to see a sample of a stand. Employees didn't even make eye contact or an attempt to explain the delays in service. Misquoted on the price twice. Was told there would be one fee when ordering multiples and would save money ordering 15 stands, did not get that price when ordering online. Had to pay a second time when doing the order because of an error in calculating shipping and had to deal with a very rude employee on the phone and via e-mail (named Queen). The stands themselves are very terrible and I regret the purchase, they fall apart and are embarrassing to set our displays on, it takes a lot of extra effort to make them presentable. Not worth the money or time. Very disappointing experience trying to support a local business.”

“Excellent products, pricing was great, and everything was processed surprisingly quickly! Any changes required were clearly marked & explained, and when we called to inquire about information regarding taking the items out of Canada for a trade show, the girl who helped us was very knowledgeable & answered the questions to the full extent! Would recommend & purchase from again in the future!”
