“I ordered the Binding Trim Classic Pure Silk Pajamas Set and the white piping or the trim did not last long after a single wash. I handwash using silk detergent following instructions on how to wash silk garments. Sending them an email is a task with back and forth with no resolution at the end.”
“The nightgown I ordered was too small. It was packages wonderfully and looked beautiful. So I made plans to exchange it. There was a cost to it but I accepted that. Often Chinesse sizes are difficult... So I was given a address in California to return it. Several days later it was returned all on my expense because the address wasnt valid on thier end. I was then asked to send it again my cost and woudl be given a 10% discount which didnt cover cost. Then I was ghosted noting from them. I am disappointed as the mechandise was nice. Their customer service is a customer disservice. Dont waste your time. I gave it a 2 star as the actual mechandise was packaged perfectly and the gown was beautiful. If I hadnt spent 80 bucks the whole thing coudl have been forgotton.”
