I wouldn’t buy a mystery box again, $70 lesson learned. I bought 2 and it was 90% lids and straws literally just loose thrown in. In 1 box I got 17 straws and the other 11 (a few were tucked in cups so didn’t count those these were just the loose straws). I got a few cups in each all random no matching and a shot glass in each but was extremely underwhelmed. I only have food storage containers and bowls from them which I LOVE and was hoping for at least 1 “good” item per box fully expecting past season/sale items but I got a cup or 2 that am positive was some custom orders that were returned. I have 10+ lids for cups I don’t have since most of the cups I got came with a lid too. Don’t waste your money and just buy things you want with a discount code. Out of the boxes I will be keeping some straws, and a few cups but everything else will be given away to family or donated. Of course the products are good quality like all silipint but 100% not worth it. I wish I had only ordered one so it wasn’t such an expensive lesson. I guess if I had tons of cups from them already then a bunch of extra lids/straws would be nice but I don’t. This was 100% my mistake for ordering these mystery boxes and not their fault for just trying to get rid of stuff and still make money. I will still order stuff from them, I already placed a Black Friday sale order of more containers in aurora because they are so pretty even after these boxes.

Bought one at my favorite micro brewery, the cup is a great idea but man it has a terrible smell and ruins the taste of my beer

I am so disappointed in this company’s customer service. I have tried to reach out to the sales rep by the name of “Oz” and was great getting my logo done ( which I already had it file ready for him🤦🏼‍♀️ but, when I called back after seeing the proof to place the order he never answered the phone for 3 solid weeks. When I sent a text... he responds text me and still never answers. This is ridiculous! Called someone else named Mike from customer service and left a message and he nor Katie never returned my call from leaving those two 4 messages plus the million I have left OZ. Needless to say they have the LOGO proof ready and won’t take an order. NOT worth the headache. 🤷‍♀️👎🏻 Don’t waste your time and Energy with these people.

I have been trying to order for about a month now and still no order. I got transferred to someone named OZ. He responded once and then left me hanging. My tournament is 2 weeks away and I still have no order. Horrible customer service.

I made several purchases of Silipint products. I received a bowl with a 'dirty mark' embedded in the center. I also received 16 oz glass in what is their Hippy Hops line, ("supposedly" a multi-colored, swirly variegated pattern, but mine just looked like a smudgy mess that I was not happy with, so I called and asked the company if I could exchange those. I felt I received 'defects'. My phone call would not be resolved at that time, but rather, I was piped to the voicemail of the President/CEO and left a mssg. Well, first off, the the Co President(?) Alex would not return my call, but instead sent me an email, to which I fully outlined the problems, and asked for an exchange (on those unused items). He replies with all this defensive, righteous, narcissistic B.S basically treating me like I am fully ignorant and blind, and asking for photos, etc. I could tell I was just wasting my time and in the end it would just be an exercise in futility. Additionally, Right after my 1st purchase, I was asked to write review in exchange for a good percentage off a next order, which I did, then come to find out the coupon code (which I had to call in about because the one first issued didnt work!) the one verbally given to me as a replacement only worked for 'some' items, not for others that I wanted to purchase. I do NOT think this is a company that cares about full customer satisfaction (though they claim to be on their website), and my own customer experience was only met with disrespect and un-resolve! I think this co is shameful.

My order was not properly fulfilled. The 'free' straws were not packed. I ordered two bowls and only received one. Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Too bad because I think the product is great. I was thinking this could be a great product for some friends ' store here in Colorado ski country. Just a total joke of an operation - in my opinion.

The cup is nice but I have recieved six emails after the purchase asking me for a review. So here is the well-deserved one-star review. What an excellent way to turn off and lose forever what would have been a repeat customer!
