The Simple Booth team is amazing and so helpful when setting up the activation! Very responsive all the time and knowledgeable. We're excited to have this setup for events moving forward!

Our employees absolutely love Simple Booth! After researching and ordering our first setup, our EVP was so impressed that we quickly added a second. The booths are in constant use, and other departments regularly request them for their events. The customer service team has been phenomenal—always helpful and quick to resolve any questions or issues. Even when we mistakenly thought our subscription was on autopay, the team resolved it immediately, ensuring everything was back up and running within minutes. Simple Booth has truly been a game-changer for our events!

I have had the pleasure of working with the team at Simple Booth for almost two years now we started with just one booth and the business grew so fast we had to buy 3 more, and also assist a few other companies with their Photobooth execution here in New York. the service is outstanding they are super responsive and such a pleasure to deal. we consider the Simple booth team and extension of our Hart Agency team.

Simple Booth has a product that highlights innovation, ease of use, and a top-tier quality product second to none. However, the customer services offered to their clientele is, and will likely continue to be, simply unmatched. From initial inquiries, product package delivery, initial assembly and hardware/software setup, and throughout two years of extensive use for public and private events, satisfaction has never swayed any further away from "permanently established". We have had the privilege and pleasure to use Simple Booth products on numerous occasions, and will continue to endorse their products and services long into the future.

Simple Booth has been a wonderful vendor to use for our business! Great product, software, and support to ensure we are able to not only better serve our customers by capturing great photos, but helps us communicate with them after they leave via the email opt-in capability.

Awesome it is simple the Halo light has plenty of power and is a sturdy made peice of equipment. And the software is straight forward and works great.

The app wouldn't show the print options and the support was non-existant. I sent screen shots and their only solutions were options that weren't showing at all. Useless product and even more useless staff!!

When I first started with simple booth I was impressed with the ease of using. Over the past few events I have run into multiple issues with EXTREMELY inconsistent printing of photos. I have reached out to Simplebooth for help. They respond but most of the time refer me to a link. I was told they have no telephone tech support. Over the past week they referred me to DNP printer support (I'll give tech support at DNP 5 star rating) DNP walked me through everything that should get my IPad to print & actually got it to print. Unfortunately like in the past, when i got to the event, i got test print & 1 print. I ended up refunding the people who hired me part of my fee. I gave Simplebooth 2 stars because the digital prints work perfectly...but not having the hard copy prints was extremely disappointing to many. I am looking into a wired connection to see if that resolves my issue. Until I straighten this issue out, I am not booking events with prints.

Printers have a difficult reputation that is simply made even more challenging by the limited capabilities through AirPrint on iPadOS and unpredictable WiFi environments and connectivity at events. Wired printing would be ideal, as you suggested, and we hope that can be a viable solution in the future. I found the app set up and use difficult. Multiple people on my team tried to use it and we never could figure it out. I reached out to simple booth for support but it was after hours. I followed up with an email requesting a refund b/c I purchased it the same day I tried to use it but no photos were ever loaded and my profile was never completely set up. It took a couple of weeks but someone responded and did provide a refund. My rating was solely based on their customer service, which I found to be above PAR for this day and age. For this reason alone, I would recommend trying the technology.

There was a once in a lifetime event where hundreds of pictures were taken. During the rental, Simple Booth did an upgrade and only 15 pictures uploaded. This is completely unacceptable from a business and personal standpoint. We can't recreate these memories.

Dear Yolanda, That's terrible, we are so sorry to hear that the photos were lost. We work very hard to prevent these situations from ever occurring. While I am sure it is little consolation in this case, we've made many improvements to our offline queue in the last year. We have added troubleshooting tools, more ways to provide support, and new methods to recover photos so that situations like this never happen again. The least we can do is provide a refund or account credit if you would give us a chance to earn your trust again. I was excited to get a photo booth for my 60th birthday party that was within my budget. The app did not work reliably. I had reports that people had taken photos and there was no evidence of those photos captured where they should have been. When I went to sign on to retrieve my photos the app would get hung up and I spent a good amount of time just trying to get the photos I did get. I signed up to get the app and apparently it can go through Apple. Difficult to find where the purchase was made and since they continue to charge monthly for use when the item was not needed beyond one night. It was difficult find the charge. Only until I was charged a second month despite my efforts to cancel though e-mail, they would not take responsibility in assisting for that cancellation. So they got an additional month even thought i asked to cancel the subscription. I printed some pictures to give away and the quality of the photos were not great either. all around I would never consider this product. It works poorly and the customer service is not anywhere where they are willing to offer a refund when the attempt was made. I did not even ask for a refund on the product for the night I used it despite the disappointing product. But i think I shrould get the refund for all of it.

The app itself is alright, but the customer service is terrible. Why would you need customer service, you ask? Because the app doesn't work all of the time, unless you never update your iOS or run any other apps on your iPad/iPhone. There always seems to be something that interferes with it's proper operation, and their answer is to go troubleshoot yourself and let them know when you've got a solution.

Simple Booth virtual photo booth is simply not ready to be on the market. Overpriced and lack of features combined with poor refund policy made our experience disappointing to say the least.

So sorry for the misunderstanding. After your refund ticket was escalated, we gave you a full refund—I hope that made things better for you. We are also planning to review our refund policy to make it more flexible and helpful in the future. Although Virtual Booth didn't have the features you were looking for, it does have a lot of other great features and we hope you consider Simple Booth again in the future :)
