“Handrail brackets were of poor quality, consistently working loose. After trying to chase up, i was eventually told that the company had gone into administration and that a new company, Pipe Dream Fittings Ltd, had taken over and all they could do would be to sell me new brackets, at a cost higher than the original rail I had bought. The company simple handrails ltd and another it trades under, simple handrails and ballustrades ltd are both active companies, despite what was said. I would suggest not using this company whilst it remains unclear as to who you are actually carrying out business with, should there be a problem”

“I was promised profit by many brokers but it was all lies and deceit. I had lost money trading on a few platforms which i later got to know that they were all scam. “I purchased a set of handrails from SimpleHandrails.co.uk in July 2023 and installed them right away, hoping for a sturdy and reliable addition to my home. However, just a few months post-installation, I'm completely disappointed with the product. The entire handrail system has become wobbly, raising serious concerns about its durability and safety. For a product that is supposed to offer stability and support, this lack of structural integrity is unacceptable. I had expected a much stronger and resilient product. Attached is a video showcasing the wobbly handrail, clearly evidencing the poor quality. I regret my purchase and cannot recommend these handrails to anyone looking for a reliable solution.”

“Stainless steel polished in one piece with brackets that fix under the handrail not around it. It’s so perfect it’s like a mirror, I cannot recommend this company more highly. It’s delivered with kindness and respect that I cannot remember that far back. Perfect and the price was great too.”

“A brilliant company which is British and to be proud of.
