“I ordered the 1m metal handrail, it arrived well before the delivery estimate. It's very good quality and I was surprised how robust it is. Came with all fixtures and fittings. Would recommend”

“I was really surprised by the colour of the rail when I opened the package as it looks nothing like the photo at all. I didn’t expect to need to buy a coating and have to paint it on so this has added cost and delay. Everything else, delivery, wood and fixing quality etc looks really good.”

“Bought a 3.5 metre oak handrail with stainless steel fittings. The item was delivered with the timeframe stated on the website and was very well packaged. I am very pleased with the quality of the rail and fittings. I followed the website’s advice on drilling pilot holes for fitting the brackets to the rail and not using power tools for the assembly. I finished the rail with Osmo oil, lightly sanding it back with very fine (500 grade) paper and then buffing the rail. I am delighted with the end result. A quality product, highly recommended.”

“What a find! Simple to use order system, prompt delivery and quality products. Would have been 5 stars if the screws to attach the handrail to the handrail supports had been included.”

“The kit was of very good quality. However, the arm on the bracket and the plate that secures the handrail both swivel making them difficult to handle. The end caps are push fitted to a plastic bush which is screwed into the end of the rail. This bush must be centred exactly for a neat fit but there is no template to enable the centre of the rail to be located.”

“The hand rail arrived in 7 days as expected. After unpacking the rail looks great complete with fixing brackets plugs and screws. Unfortunately the screws are too big to go through the fixing brackets so I will have to wait until I can purchase some screws before I can fix the rail in place”

“After exchanging several emails with a very helpful assistant, the rail was promised to be delivered last Friday. Unfortunately they were let down by their courier who sent it to the wrong local depot. A company's customer service does not so much count when things go well, much more so, when things go wrong. They have been very attentive in sorting out the problem and getting the rail to me, which arrived this morning. Well done in recovering the situation.”
