Hi Lucia, You left your review after 3 working days. We are advertising 3 to 8 working days. It will be with you within the next couple of days. It left us the day of ordering but we’ve had Easter bank holidays and the couriers don’t work and they are really stretched at present. SimpleHandrails.co.uk

“Ordered a 1.2 metre stainless steel handrail and was delivered a couple of days later, even during the lockdown they still provide a great service. Good quality as well for a very reasonable price, can't fault them.”

“Lovely quality handrail exactly as described. Contacted customer services as a few surface marks and they instantly supplied replacement brackets and a cleaning pad which worked effortlessly. Comes with standard rawl plugs and screws so depending on your mounting choice you may need to make an additional purchase. I was fixing to plasterboard wall which is dot and dabbed onto insulating blocks. I used DrylinePro and these are brilliant, so secure.”
