“I did a lot of research before ordering the product. I have found their prices very competitive and the handrail itself entirely satisfactory and attractive to look at. There was a problem with notification of despatch and delivery which I have been assured was not the fault of the company. They have addressed that problem, and they have been excellent in communicating with me, so I am very happy to recommend their goods and service.”

Hi Jane Thank you for your review. The handrail was ordered on 25th February (Saturday) a delivered to you on the Tuesday. All tracking information and dispatch email was sent to you. I am sorry we have let you down but in this instance we feel we haven’t done anything wrong? With tracking and dispatch emails sent and no emails or correspondence from yourself asking to change the delivery we could not of done anything different. Simplehandrails.co.uk
