“First handrail arrived but timber had a bow in it. I messaged Dan and he arranged a replacement which arrive a couple of days later. This bannister looks great. Thank you Dan for all of you’re help”

“They look lovely They were a pain to fix because it is difficult to get angle of the brackets correct and secure before attaching to the wall. Much fiddling. The long screws supplied are very soft steel and burr easily.”

“I choose to order from SimpleHandrails as I like the finish on the rails and the time indicated for delivery. Unfortunately the handrail I ordered was delayed. I was not informed a this delay until I enquired why it had not been delivered as expected. The result of this was unable to return home as I had a fractured arm and using the stairs was unsafe. For this reason I requested that the order be cancelled.”
