“Delivery of the handrails was very prompt. The 3.5 metre rail was obviously warped when seen lying on the floor (if you rotated it, it would fall back to the original position). However the warp is not noticeable now that the rail is installed, so I'll let it go.”

“A high quality stainless steel product. I wanted the length in one piece and longer than advertised. I was told no problem, so very happy with customer service. Product easy to install. Fixing brackets would be better in one solid casting but that’s my opinion. Very pleased with the delivery time and communication. As a tradesman I will use again and recommend to my customers. “Prompt service. All items as described but the 3 metre oak handrail was quite bowed when it was unpacked which I had to allow for when fitting.”

“The bannister rail was delivered just 3 days after being ordered.....BRILLIANT ! .A beautiful piece of oak , complete with good quality heavy antique brass fittings. All the instructions were easy to follow, and it was installed by my elderly husband and my non DIY self , without a hitch . It looks good with a couple of coats of oil to bring out the grain . What a difference it has made to our stairs. Highly recommended..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
