“Easy to order and arrived in the time stated. So pleased with the look in my home and would recommend this product. I just wish there had been some clear instructions on how to fit, what should have been a half hour job turned into a four hour marathon trying to get a proper fit, or maybe it’s just us!!”

Hi John, You ordered on the 24th April and it was delivered on the 4th May. This was 6 working days? We advertise up to 8 working days and this was on your invoice and emailed to you at the time of purchase. As a company we haven't done anything wrong here and delivered on time/ early. “the screws are 2.5ins long but the rawul plug is only 1 and 3/8th long is this correct. The rail is well made [ i thought was 1 piece but comes in 2 ]. it will look amazing when its on the wall .”
