“I'm hopeful the product is good but NOT happy with delivery!!!!! Fabulous emails and up to date BUT I was away and asked for delivery commencing the date I would be home - however arrived whilst I was away and left propped up by the front door!!! Thankfully my neighbour noticed it and rescued it!!! I gave both my neighbours as delivery options but that didn't happen!!!!”

Hi Sue, I am sorry the courier has done this. It does reflect badly on us and it isnt good. We did leave clear instructions with the courier and they didn't adhere to them. “Purchased a handrail and fittings on Monday 28th November after being told they had the specific length I requested in stock and that I would receive it within 5 days. The handrail finally arrived on Monday 12th December but unfortunately, the antique brass end caps were missing. Contacted the suppliers, who were friendly, helpful and polite and the missing items were dispatched to me immediately. The product is of good quality and was easy to install.”

Hi Gareth, Thank you for your review. I have emailed you back also on the back of this review. As I explained in the email your item is a custom length that we have had to source and get in for you. This should of been explained at the time of ordering and we are sorry if this was not relayed. Just for the record we also dont include weekends as delivery days. Assured your item will be delivered on Friday for you which will be 9 working days. Again please accept our apologies. “Nicely made with all parts needed . The screws supplied were far too long for where I placed it . Screws to hold the parts together were also liable to keep loosening but got there in the end”

“My handrails arrived later than expected however they were certainly worth waiting for. They are top quality and so are the brass fittings. Customer Service was very good and I was kept informed of the delay and they arrived, as promised. Can't wait to get them put up.”
