“Really delighted with my antique brass and oak handrail. It arrived on time and was easy to fit if you have a drill and rudimentary DIY skills. It is stylish, well made and unobtrusive. It wasn’t the cheapest on the market but the quality of the hardware and finish are first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product.”

“Product looks good and fittings are of a good quality i have not put the rail up yet but should be ok. Arrived well packed and although i did have to contact them reference the delivery it did arrive the following day.”

“If you want to save yourself time and money then shop at Simple Handrails. They have been absolutely first class from start to finish - ordering and then receiving my order. Kelly was outstanding in her approach to Customer Service. My customer was so impressed with the quality of goods, and the service provided by Kelly, that she instructed me to thank her personally for always being there for advice when needed. As for me, I am so impressed that I have already recommended the company to a friend who is planning on installing a Stainless Steel Staircase.”

“The handrail has only just been fitted but it looks very well and its construction is first class. The fitter did have problems getting it fixed at the same height as the existing bannister rail - but a very satisfied customer.”

“The holes in the handrails did not align with those in the brackets - they had sent the wrong brackets. Also two screw missing. However now all resolved and installed and very pleased with the quality and look of the result. Thank you”

“I installed the rail myself and it looks great. However as it is not easy to position accurately as well as make positioning marks for drilling holes a 'knack' is required. I found one after a few attempts but there were no tips provided with the rail. Your call.”

Hi Denis. This weekend is Easter. We have been closed since Thursday at 3pm. I am a little confused about the review? Your order is on its 5th working day. We say allow up to 8 working days as per your order confirmation. Your item also includes custom items which take slightly longer to go through through the factory.
