“A quality item that I bought to upgrade my stairs. Bought in 2020 so took a while to be delivered. The handrail comes untreated so you can choose how you want it finished. I bought a 4.5m length so it was a two man job for the fitting.”

“Good service, handrail good but beware that screw heads round off easily. Simple instructions and a template to center the end caps would have been useful - no room for error.”

“Items received of very good quality and received within the timescale quoted. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged and the 3 metre handrail had a slight dent, it is however minimal and will be positioned so the the damage can not be seen.”
