“Easy ordering, delivered on time, well packed and good quality fittings. One of the two oak rails was significantly warped, which was disappointing given the quality of the remainder of the materials. This made making matching mitred rails on each side of a staircase very difficult indeed. (The rails were never stored upright or leaning whilst in my possession). A simple diagram with measurements or a template showing the offsets between the bottom of the desired rail position and the holes in the wall mounting brackets would have simplified things considerably and made installation a great deal quicker and easier.”

“This was a great purchase:- 2.5 mar handrail with 3 brackets,it was delivered in good time. Handrail was well packed for the journey to me and arrived in good condition, so easy to instal and looks first class on the wall. Delivery driver was a nice guy credit to Simplyhandrails, cannot recommend them enough would not hesitate in using again should the need arrive.”

“This was great. Small rail which arrived promptly and well packed. Took a bit of working out how to fit but got there in the end. Reasonably easy for me - a 75yr old lady to wield the drill and affix the rail firmly. All good quality and overll just fine.”

“The Item I ordered did take longer to arrive than expected but the customer service team were very helpful. The order I wanted was a bit mix and match so I called and emailed them about the order. I always got a quick reply and they went out of their way to help me get what I needed. I am very happy with the look and the quality of the handrail I purchased. I would recommend this company and I will use them again.”

“Although we have not fitted our bannister's as yet we have unwrapped them and the quality and finish looks excellent, very pleased. The customer service we have received has been excellent also, very helpful staff who took time to resolve my query.”
