“I was very pleased with handrail you supplied me for my parents home. The quality is excellent and gives a stylish 'look' to what is a work-a-day product. The installation went well and the rail is very firmly fixed to the wall. The end result two very happy parents and a job well done. “Asked for my oak hand rail to be cut down to size before dispatch. This was done no problem, however, the end that had been cut did have a rough and splintered end which will probably need sanding out. That apart, good service and nice hand rail.”

“Poor delivery off item I had to ring up to find after 11 working days it still had not been dispatched when bannister was removed from packaging it was warped plus screws supplied to fit it to the wall we’re the incorrect size. Very disappointed won’t use again”
