“There is just one thing that I was not happy with. I went to a lot of trouble to make 2 separate orders as the handrails were to go to different sites. They were both delivered to the same site and I have had to arrange transport for one of them to be moved. The driver also left a parcel for an unrelated address, which we have managed to redirect.”

“Very pleased with our dome ended stainless steel handrail and fittings. Was a bit more tricky to mount on our uneven wall than expected and certainly needed two of us to do it. But it's finally in place and looks great 👍”

Hi Eric, Thank you for your review. I am glad you are happy with your purchase. I can assure you however that the plugs and screws work and are fit for use. It is a common mistake that the screws and plugs should be the same length. They shouldn't be and the screw has to force the end of the plug open. “Excellent quality product. I was quoted £2300 + Vat for 6 section balcony balustrade with complete install and paid just over £745 for the frame and then £445 for the glass. When order came Loctite was missing but sent out in post next day.”

“Very pleased with the high quality of the 3 mtr, square oak handrail and the fittings.Very secure tube packaging to ensure no damage during the delivery process. Easy ordering and loads of info about the products which makes selecting the right size etc easy.Useful installation tips on the website. Would highly recommend Simplehandrails.”

“I never bother to write reviews - bad enough researching and buying, without wasting more time in a review. However, Simple Handrails impressed me, so this seems reasonable to do. Ordering was simple, delivery faster than advised, packaging not too over-the-top (no plastic - whoo!) and product quality excellent. Little thing, but there were 8 stainless steel fixing screws. You only need 6 but SS being so soft, it's very easy to muller the heads, so having 2 spare is great. Overall, a good purchase.”
