“Ordered this for my mums house in black to go with some railings already fitted. Looks good and easy to fit. Would recommend.”

“Cant fault the quality of this item, arrived in reasonable time given circumstances, was well packaged. You do need a bit of DIY skills to assemble however not to much and could really best be done with two people, although one can do it with a bit of effort. Only fault if you can call it this, is that the ends of the actual bannister could do with being predrilled at centre as I found it a bit difficult to align precisely end caps and joiner. Would have rated five star if ends had been predrilled at centres”

“Please be advised the handrail will need varnishing..When you varnish the woodgrain will rise and therefore may need some wet and dry sanding.. Good solid product though from a small family business with good customer service”

“Very nice handrail at a decent price, however the customer experience was not the best, as the delivery window of 3 days to 3 weeks is terrible to expect a customer to accept. Delivery company Tuffnell you cant track, so you have to stay in all day and wait. They need to understand we are are all customers with exacting expectations, and when a company doesnt keep you informed and when you have to contact for an update, the attitude was we are busy, no apologies just you will get it when we get round to it. So in order to expand as a company they need to up their game on customer service and drop the attitude when customers expectations are not met. Customers dont empathise nor are interested how busy a supplier is, it's the suppliers issue not the customers, however basic information on progress does help.”

“Received the posts on time, glass took slightly longer to arrive due to our location but came on the day specified. All were well packaged to protect from damage. Both the posts and the glass are of exceptional quality and look stunning now that they are installed on our decking. Initial queries about hole centres and spacing of posts were answered within a couple of hours. Very satisfied.”
