“Never used this company before. Ordered two square section outdoor wall handrails of difference lengths. Specified anthracite powder coating to compliment our contemporary new house. Excellent colour and quality finish and delivered as advised and well packaged. Very pleased with the purchase.”

“Handrail was well wrapped but left out in the elements over our five-bar gate and the courier did not ring the door bell even. It was stood on its end and on unpacking has a slight warp which I am living with due to the age of our house”

“Top Quality!!! Not too expensive. I bought 2500mm bannister with 3 brackets in black. The colour is excellent finish. Brackets screw to bannister and the machine work is excellent. Delivery & tracking spot on. Very impressed.”

“You are asking for a review from last week and still no banister and now you tell me it's loaded if it's loaded surely I will be delivered today I know thinks are hard just now but your communication with the customer is not good at all I can't get onto the tracking page I have had to do all the work to get help 3 weeks now and I'm still marking the time to email you and find the tracking and it's loaded and still might not get here for 2 more day so disappointed with your service Alma as my rail has been delivered now I'm am happy with my purchase well packaged and no faults thanks”

“We are renovating our three hundred year old cottage and needed to replace the very misplaced 1960s hand rail. After much research we chose Simplehandrails,oak with bronze and they are great. The service from start to finish was brilliant delivery very quick and efficient. When the rails arrived the end bungs ( small plastic fixings for the chosen end cap to fit on) were missing. I contacted the company via email had a response within minutes and replacement the next day, what a service well done. I have no hesitation in recommending to other buyers if you want good old quality and customer service. Terry Haines”

“I suppose I was expecting too much, but I found that trying to identify the centre of the rail end was frustrating in the extreme, surely a simple template to go with the kit would be much easier. Also, both rails had splits to the ends. One I managed to cut off without shortening it too much, but the other it too long to do that. So I am left having to fill the split with filler and hope not too many people notice it. Why didn’t I complain? Because being a cynic I feel sure that the response would be that I had somehow managed to damage it myself. Pity, because the rails look good when fitted.”

“visited Simple Handrails at their warehouse, the staff were extremely helpful showed me examples of the different woods used in their handrails so i could make an informed choice. I ordered two handrails for my stairs in oak together with the brackets and fittings, they were delivered to my home on the day i requested well packaged. A very smooth purchase of quality materials, would definitely deal with Simple Handrails again.”
