“I carnt fault the service of simple handrails but I think you need to change your courier company because my delivery was just left in the front garden,my wife was home and the driver didn’t knock the door.”

“Quality product. One point for addressing from my experience is that the rawl plugs supplied are not compatible with the screws provided. Basically increase them to suit 8 mm holes so the screws supplied can be used and not substituted for smaller ones.”

“rail was delivered quickly. diameter was between 4.3 and 4.4mm rather than the 4.5 stated. Rolling the rail on a flat surface confirmed this variance of between 4.3mm and 4.4mm (the roll was not consistent). Not sure what the quality parameters are, or whether this is within them. One of the plastic plugs for the brass end cap was not wide enough for the cap, which was therefore loose. Easily remedied with a plug of cardboard, but again not sure if this is to be expected. The rail itself appears sound.”

“First of all I sent an email enquiry asking about some angled brackets I needed and they swiftly replied with the information I needed including pictures. I placed my order for two stainless steel handrails which were delivered quickly and I was informed right through till delivery day and was also told the drivers name and everything was just how it should be, delivered on time well packaged and all to the specifications I’d asked for. Very impressed with both the quality and the service I have received. Thanks again Robin”
