“Disappointed with the overall quality of the handrail. Not smooth and gauges in areas. End caps don’t sit on great.”

“Item came in reasonable time and looked very professionally made. Everything was in the packet etc. ie screws, end caps , brackets etc. All I need to do now is fit it. There are no instructions with this but to be honest, you dont need them, its pretty obvious where things go so you cant really go wrong. Altogether excellent.”

“I got in touch with Dan at Simple Handrails and told him that I wanted to by a hand rail but needed it super quick and in time for my mum coming home from hospital. Dan was so helpful and said he would make sure that was sorted. He kept his word and the hand rail arrived two days before she got home, only two days after ordering. Would definitely use this company again. Service was flawless, thank you Dan.”

“The hand rail arrived in excellent packaging. I opted for beech as i wanted to wax it to dark oak . The fittings are top class and it looks very classy with brushed chrome end caps”
