“Good customer service, product is to spec and looks good fitted. Slight delay with the glass but I wasn't in a hurry so not a massive issue for me. I assume some sort of CAD is used to plan and cut the glass from the dimensions given, it would have been nice if this could be used to provide spacings for the clamps. I spent alot of time trying to work these out for the angled pieces but maybe my head just wasn't really in the game today?”

“I hope the pic below shows the 1.5 m hand rail installed? Our property is a converted old mill complex hence the internal walls are what I call lath-&-plaster. We have used the plugs & screws as supplied & all seems very firm. And it is ideal for the current job. Looks good too!”

“Delivery of the handrails was very prompt. The 3.5 metre rail was obviously warped when seen lying on the floor (if you rotated it, it would fall back to the original position). However the warp is not noticeable now that the rail is installed, so I'll let it go.”

“A high quality stainless steel product. I wanted the length in one piece and longer than advertised. I was told no problem, so very happy with customer service. Product easy to install. Fixing brackets would be better in one solid casting but that’s my opinion. Very pleased with the delivery time and communication. As a tradesman I will use again and recommend to my customers.
