“No instructions included. Phoned and used the online “immediate response” chat facility but no response on either medium. Handrail brackets do not allow for uneven walls, surely the fixing screw to the baseplate could be longer to allow for any necessary adjustment?”

“I have not put up the rail yet but it looks fairly straightforward. On inspecting the components I am disappointed that two of the brackets have scratches on the faceplate which will be visible. A shame as the rest seems to be good quality.”

“Just what we needed. A short flight of steps and a rail to fit. Good quality materials. Full kit provided to install. Sturdy and looks good. Only wish was for some fitting tips, order to do thing other wise highly recommend.”

“A company that excels in good communication, a stylish modern product and so helpful when things went wrong. I'd give this company 10 stars and would recommend to friends. I would say however that the 'Packaging' could be more robust. Simplehandrails - simply the best!”

“Very satisfied with the product and delivery was fine. If I had a very slight gripe it would be that no assembly instructions were with the fittings. This didn't cause me a problem. But could have been if I was less than competent at a bit of D.I.Y. However would not put me off buy from Simply again.”
