“Glass and brackets ordered. Brackets arrived in good time with perfect comms and delivery. Glass will take longer to be made and arrive so brackets not much use without glass.”

“Very impressed with prompt delivery & quality of rail. Handrail looks great in place. Think it needed 3 people - 2 to hold the 3.5metres in place while marking the wall, and one to do the marking! Only 2 of us hence the join opened slightly somewhere during the process so we have a very slight 'expansion' joint!!”

“I think the way the end covers are designed is a poor design, it would be better if the could be slid on to the handrail and fixed in place with a screw.”

“All was well until we unpacked the rather insecure bundle that was taped to the rail itself. As soon as we opened it I could see that one of the metal caps was missing...this should have been apparent to the the person who put the consignment together. How are you going to rectify this? Our chippie is coming on Tuesday 16 August. Deborah Crow 01394 809 433, 07802 908479”

Hi Deborah, We have checked the emails and our call logs we haven’t had any correspondence from you at all. We have obviously and luckily checked the reviews and found that you have an issue with your order. All our orders are checked and double checked with a strict process. We will of course sort this out for you but it seems like the courier could of damaged the package. We always say to not book trades people before checking and double checking this will be sent tomorrow for you and it will be there Tuesday. We delivered this within two working days and a little time has passed since you wrote this review and we always do say check the order within 24 hours so we can rectify any damage by couriers.
