“BRILLIANT SERVICE. The Sales office was very helpful to me in working out how to go around the corner of the wall using two standard rails of different lengths and a hinged elbow so as to achieve an appropriate angle there. They then organised for one end of each rail to be left open for the elbow whilst the other ends were filled with the end stops I had selected; fully fitted and firmly glued in place. Absolutely BRILLIANT and more than I had expected. The product arrived promptly with massively long screws to fix to the wall; even I was happy! The only thing that might(?) have improved matters would have been some sort of thin plastic bases to help bed the brackets against the uneven surfaces of the brick walls.”

“Nice solid oak looks good with the polished brass fittings. Pleased with the finish on everything-also good to have all the screws I needed. A word of advice- if not a solid wall make sure you find a stud for at least two of the screws, not just into plaster board!!!”

“Easy ordering, delivered on time, well packed and good quality fittings. One of the two oak rails was significantly warped, which was disappointing given the quality of the remainder of the materials. This made making matching mitred rails on each side of a staircase very difficult indeed. (The rails were never stored upright or leaning whilst in my possession). A simple diagram with measurements or a template showing the offsets between the bottom of the desired rail position and the holes in the wall mounting brackets would have simplified things considerably and made installation a great deal quicker and easier.”
