“It’s an absolute delight to do business with SimpleHandrails, I initially messed up my order but SimpleHandrails sorted it out for me, then the product itself is 1st class engineering, and came with all fittings (and 3extra screws), fitting was easy and also looks great. I would recommend SimpleHandrails to anyone who is looking for a quality product at a realistic price 👍👍”

“Product is good except for the screws supplied. There were three screws required for each bracket required nine screws in total. Received six screws the correct size and seven screws the incorrect size. Incorrect size screws, heads were smaller in diameter as with the diameter of screw.”

Hi Royston, Thank you for you order and review. You ordered 1.2m x2 rails and then blamed us for sending out 1.2m rails instead of 2.2m. You ordered 1.2m handrails and then tried to say it was our mistake when you ordered online through our website. We have tried to contact you and sort this with you reasonably however you are adement that this is our fault and dont want the help?
