“Received handrail within stated timeframe, looks good installed. Comments for improvement, no screws to attach the wall brackets to the handrail included in the box of parts, no list of parts so no idea whether they should have been included. Requested advice through website contact tab, never got a reply. Other than that, all good”

“The company do state that orders will take 3 to 8 days for delivery(when I ordered).it also asks you to contact them if your order hasn't been received by day 8.i followed there advice and my delivery arrived on the day stated. The handrail that arrived for my staircase was superb.it is a high quality product and I like the finish to the end of the rails.the brackets which support the handrail are also of a high quality finish,and match the rail. The rail is supplied with the correct size rawl plugs and screws. A very good product which I would recommend.”

“Love the style and the sleekness of it a lot better than wood. Very well package plenty of screwS and raw plugs, the only downside we’re that we didn’t know about the chrome rails till a friend told us. Would deffo recommend to any one wanting to add style to there stairs and the price were good too .. excellent value for your money .. thank you simply rails x”

“Ordered a handrail kit, and after receiving it, noticed a problem with the rail. I phoned, pointing out what was wrong and they despatched a replacement immediately. I got it the next day. Great service, very impressed. Recommend this company”

“Very sturdy good quality balustrade posts. Delivery has been a bit difficult however this is understandable in the current circumstances. The only thing that was a bit odd was that one of the intermediate simple posts had different size fixing holes than the all of the other posts.”
