“Very good products, let down in a big way by poor delivery by couriers. Emails from DHL to say they will deliver and when they don't they say they have not collected the delivery. This happened twice. Total experience of purchase marred by this. Change couriers.”

“Having received the hand rail I was impressed by the quality of the product and fittings but not the after sales service as there were no fitting instructions included. Also and most importantly the was no after care advice regarding cleaning / finish protection .”

“Handrail is really good quality stainless and well finished. It comes with all brackets and screws and wall plugs. I changed the screws for slightly shorter ones that had a thread all the way to the head. The reason being that using the screws supplied the plain part of the screw cracked the plaster as they created too much sideways pressure,not sure why the screws should be so long Otherwise very good product and worth the money.”
