“My 1.2 metre hand rail is simple and very effective. Delivery of 10 days was not a problem. However my invoice showed the handrail had to be collected in person after I had ordered “Free Delivery”. After a hurried phone call your receptionist said “Don’t worry, this happens all the time” Suggest therefore that your online invoicing corrects this anomaly.”

“I was disappointed as the wrong brackets were sent I was unhappy as when I asked for refund I was told I would have to pay 30.00 for collection even though it was not my fault they have now sent correct brackets which they said didn't exist”

“The handrail is of excellent quality and is exactly as ordered, however one of the two mounting brackets has been welded slightly crooked so that it will not fit flush to the wall. If this can be replaced I will happily return the crooked one.”

“Having ordered 3 No. powder coated handrails, I am particularly impressed with the very efficient service offered by Simple Handrails. The handrails were delivered carefully wrapped up in plastic and with protective cardboard tubes, and with all brackets and fixings in a separate box all taped together to ensure the order was delivered complete.”

“Utterly disappointed, the handrail that I received was a completely different colour to what it was in the photo given on the website. When I contacted customer service to complain they said it was just the lighting of the factory. It clearly was not just lighting and is a ploy to trick customers into buying.”

Hi Kit Poon. I have reported this review to our reviews company. Firstly you have stated that we are using lighting to ploy people into purchasing. This is indeed slander. You purchased a stainless steel handrail. Then emailed us demanding we exchange it for a rose gold rail. We don’t do rose gold handrails and no where in the product listing does it say it’s rose gold. It’s stainless steel. We are a small independent family run business and times are hard. We have been fair and offered your a full refund when the product is returned. Simple Handrails

“1.5 metre rail oak supplied with all fittings a few extra stainless screws (handy). Good quality multi-angle adjustable brackets. Rail had a slight bend to it, it's oak so not surprising and not too noticeable when fitted. Also not truly round, particularly at the extremes where the end caps fit, giving a miss-match unless slightly reshaped to be true to the caps. Otherwise all good.”
