“We ordered 5 x glass panelled balustrades with mirror polished circular posts for around our decking. I knew the size of the decking but Dan and his team helped with drawings so we got everything measured up correctly for the order. I was advised with COVID19 etc. the mirrored posts would take a bit longer which was fine. Before mirrored posts were sent out to us they were checked and found to not be up to the usual standard so were sent back to polishers which I was impressed with. All materials eventually arrived within 10 days and I installed and they look fantastic and of the highest quality. Some of the fittings for the glass had be sent as the wrong type but this again was sorted out in a few days. Overall great service, fantastic product at a very good price. We are very pleased. Thankyou.”

“Excellent service all round. Quick delivery following initial order , I had a slight issue with One part which was addressed straight away. Great to find A company delivering Such good service nowadays . I haven't fitted my oak/stainless steel handrail as yet, but will try and post pictures later. Very pleased with the quality of all items received.”

“I bought 2 metre Oak rail. The supplied brackets were not used as my wife felt they caused the handrail to protrude too far from the wall.Also the metal ends came off the plastic centres too easily. I would have preferred an option to buy other bracket sizes. I ended up buying 62mm brackets from Screwfix.”

“Hi Guys Thank you for the handrail looks really good but just one fault the joint had too much clearance which meant it had a sloppy fit when it should probably have been a transition fit giving very little clearance, so I had to shim the joint to stop the slack. I thought because there is a recess in the joiner that there may have been a polypropylene or rubber ring that would have held it together more securely. Regards John Spring”

“Great quality and very good prices. Delivery was bit longer than normal due to covid 19 crisis but when advised kept up to date with time etc which was late at night but could see that they are trying their best to ensure customers received orders. Would have given 5 stars if they had just advised of longer run in time as had to contact them couple of times to find out about my order. Saying that ordered more from company!”

“Extremely good quality hand rail and we the brackets are nice and sturdy. They look the part also. Exactly as described so very happy customer. Screws supplied to secure to wall are not quite long enough for my particular set up but that’s a very easy problem to fix.”

“Lovely rail but putting the end pieces could of been made easier by putting a centre point on the end as try to get a center point was hard if not bang in center the metal end wasn’t flush with the wood and when your paying that much for it it’s a big mistake to make.....and the metal end pieces didn’t fit tight so had to use plumbing tape to make it stay on tight”

“Before purchase, I asked some questions that were answered (on a weekend!) by the managing director. I then had some delivery issues (entirely the fault of the courier, not the company) that were rectified in a way that I can only describe as far going above and beyond what I would expect of good customer service. As for the rail itself, it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and has transformed the look of my stairs. Very pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend either the company or the product (and, in fact, already have!)”
