“Very well packed. Beautiful walnut that will look good with a coat of varnish. Not yet fitted but that does not look like a problem. Should look good on my stairs. Thank you”

“I was looking for a good solid handrail to install for my elderly Father to use on his outside steps. As he lives by the sea I need one that would last the elements well. I was looking for a few days when I came across Simple Handrails, perfect, great product, very well constructed, and a good price with quick delivery. Highly reccomended.”

“We bought a stainless steel handrail, well made, but a few improvements are needed, I was dissapointed that there were no fitting instructions, also one of the end plugs is not fitted properly,don’t know how to overcome that one. Also the screws are 60mm long and the plastic plugs are 35mm long is this a good fit. Regards, Ian Rex.”

“Very nice product and good value. However, it would be a great help if there was some provision for adjusting the position of the mounting brackets, since when fixing to a stone wall it is almost inevitable that the screw holes will be in the mortar! Give ti some thought!”

“Found Simplehandrails on internet search after one we had broke. The hand rail we chose came very quickly and did not disappoint, a nice quality rail and good fixings, we did however find that the fixing screws for the wall were too large, fortunately we had screws that fitted. Over all if we need any more handrails we will not hesitate to use this company again, and nice to know they come from the UK and not China as the one we had did.”

“# WAITED IN ALL AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS PER SIMPLE HANDRAILS HAULIERS ( TRENNELS ) WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTHING WAS DELIVERED AND NO NOTICE OF FAILURE TO DELIVER WAS ADVISED ON THE DAY. # WHAT A WASTE OF OPPORTUNITY TIME TO ACHIEVE OTHER TASKS. # NOT DEPENDABLE ? CERTAINLY NOT IN THIS CASE.”

Hi Des, This review is one that baffles us. The whole country is experiencing massive issues with deliveries. However Tuffnells deliver 8am until 5pm, there are no timed options. It looks like they tried to deliver your parcel on the morning. They tried to deliver on your 4th working day from ordering. As a company we advertise up to 9 working days as per your invoice.
