“Very good service after a couple of days i noticed i had made a mistake with my order so i rang up and canceled it and re ordered the correct one.lady on the end of the phone was very helpful,,nothing to much trouble and a few days later it turns up well packaged and perfect. Well pleased.”

“I would highly recommend this company. Excellent product really well engineered. I ordered the rounded end caps which fit extremely smoothly. Very well manufactured and arrived within a week of ordering,well packed and polite delivery man. Brilliant value for money.”

“Fabulous service from start to finish the MD himself even replied to a query of mine late in the evening! Ti be honest that definitely made me want to place the order . Although the website states there may be a delay in delivery I received my 2 handrails 3 days later on a Saturday. They are very well made and look so much better than my old ones which were dating our staircase.”

“I only give 1 star wouldn't give that if i had choice very poor service they say q2 days turn around then takes over 4 weeks then deliver only part so cannot fit sorry is not good enougth cist me time and one would not recommend”

Hi Terry, I am sorry that you have had to wait for your laminated glass. We do state when you order that laminated glass does have a longer lead time due to the lengthy manufacturing process, however your steel would be delivered within the 12 working days specified, which was delivered within the 12 working days. We did notify you that a panel of glass would be missing fom your delivery due to damage when loading, again I am sorry about this and it will be out for delivery to you on Thursday. We have updated you at every stage of your order and I am saddened that you feel this way. When you placed the order we confirmed all lead times with you and explained that laminated glass does take longer. Also due to your location our glass plant only go to you on one day of the week. I am hoping that everything has gone well with the rest of your order and if you do need any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help you. “From start to finish the service of simplehandrails was amazing, even when I thought it had been delivered to the wrong address, (but it hadn't) they were most helpful. The handrail once up looks very stylish and is made of the best Oak, so straight and sturdy. I will definitely be recommending this company xxd”

“The order for my Oak handrail arrived swiftly, the courier updated me on delivery day and time. Handrail was great quality as were the fittings. It was simple to fit, if I was going to fit another I would treat it with Danish Oil before fitting it. I fitted it first and oiled it once in position, not really an issue but the oil brings out the beauty in the grain and that might determine the positioning of the rail before screwing it into place. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend SimpleHanrsils.”
