“2 pieces still missing 9 glass panels not correct size,hand rail drilled at 1077mm drawing says 1007mm,no communication after emails commenting on issues”

“Excellent quality item. Staff were very helpful when we contacted them about the item being late, this was not their fault. The main courier passed it on to a 3 party for delivery as we were not Mainland UK. They the main courier were not very helpful as they didn’t know where the item was.”

Hi Gary, Thank you for your review. This is really gutting purely because all tracking was emailed to you as you placed the order. The customer obviously hasn't had anything to do with the items. Following on from our email correspondence we will withhold the delivery of the glass until we can sort a delivery date with you customer and yourself as we really don't want the negative reaction to the products that we supply. “I couldn't speak highly enough of this company. The service from start to finish was excellent. I had several questions and changes to my plans but nothing was too much trouble. The product itself was terrific. My friend and I were able to install the entire balustrade in one day. Very good indeed.”

“Oak bannister rails with antique brass fittings arrived promptly after ordering. Well packaged in strong cardboard tubes for protection. All looks beautiful though haven’t attached to walls yet. Note that end caps add a little to overall length - 200cm rail plus end caps will be 206cm”

“I have not received my handrail as yet. Apparently it was dispatched 5 days ago however the delivery company have not had it. No one picks the phone. No one responds to emails. No one responds to live chat. Hard to review a product you have not yet received!”
