“Superb. Had exactly what I wanted and delivered it swiftly. Quality very good. Had a query which was answered immediately online. Would help to have fitting instructions in the box, but these are on the website page for the product. All in all, top notch.”

“We needed glass balustrade for our new decking. All was custom designed by Dan the Managing Director. The whole system was delivered in 9 working days from when drawings were signed off. The system is really well made with it all being manufactured to very high standards. This was our second order as we had a handrail in the house too. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending simple handrails to anyone who needs glass balustrade or handrails. 5 star company!”

“I ordered from this company and had numerous troubles with their logistics, firstly being told handrails were missing in logistics warehouse and they’d try find them and deliver next day, nothing came of it.. had rung numerous times and they finally turned up following week.. Glass was another issue in itself, didn’t turn up when they said they did, tried charging £250 restocking fee “wavered through goodwill” even though it was a problem caused by the company in any case. A panel came damaged after and had to chase to get replacement, if you want nothing bud troubles this is the company to go for 👍 A* for effort and no fulfilment”

Hi Joe, The trouble with your deliveries stems from you missing a street name off the order. 3 different couriers had issues as you missed Rock Villa Lane when filling the online order out. You also rearranged your own delivery with DHL and delayed it yourself for a week. The glass again with the missing information off the order the driver went to Beachley Road as per your online order. The driver called you a hour before he was due to arrive to say he was on his way. No one was at the property and you still failed to say the correct street name. You have also failed to mention that even with the delays (not caused by us) that the whole balustrade system was delivered in 14 working days. This includes rescheduling and redelivering your glass. Which we could only do after you gave us the right address. You are correct we paid the £250 redelivery charge, and we have also given you £150 as a good will gesture. You have also failed to mention that you have verbally abused our staff, and threatening legal action against us. We are small family run business with over 45 thousand happy customers backed up by our reviews platform. “I purchased chrome handrails, a couple had slight imperfections. I called customer service and spoke to Lorna, she arranged for the rails to be replaced "no quibble". I received the replacements 48 hours later. Excellent customer care. I am now the proud owner of beautiful handrails. Fantastic company.”

“I firstly found the company on the internet and started with live chat with Jadie, this then led to telephone conversation discussing my requirements. Jadie was so good and really explained my options. With this , I chose to travel 100 miles to view railings and balustrade. Upon my arrival, Jadie had all the products set out to let me view. Again she discussed my options and went on to get me some discount due to reasonably large order. The order was then quickly followed up by a CAD diagram to assist in installation. I would 100 % recommend Simple Hand Rails without any doubt, thank you .”

“Supplied very quickly, 3 days ! Very pleased with finish and all fittings supplied. As you said in your advert only need a wall & a drill. Not quite that simple as the wall was of two different dimensions, needing spacers for two of the brackets on the rafamite brickwork. See photo. But that was my problem. Excellent.”

“Super fast delivery. Good quality components and relatively easy to install. Purchased an additional bracket as i thought 4 brackets would be better for a 3 meter pole. However this made it a little more awkward to install and in hindsight 3 brackets would probably have been adequate to to the good quality.”
