“Purchased Oak handrail + brackets. Unfortunately, 1st handrail delivered had been damaged in transit, however a replacement was quickly sent with no fuss. The quality of both the Oak handrail and the brushed chrome brackets is high, very well made (strong) brackets. Good customer service and quality; would recommend this company to friends.”

“Handrail looks great and arrived on time. We dressed our rail with linseed oil which shows the grain really well. We had a minor issue which was addressed immediately by the team and resolved swiftly with great customer service. Thank you.”
