“Disappointed with fixing brackets and screws. Not like photos and screws too long for attaching to handrail. Also rawlplugs too small. All rectifiable but the point is I had to go out and buy new screws and plugs. ☹️☹️”

Hi Alan, Please watch the below video. The screws are bigger then the plug but they are suitable. You drill the hole to the depth of the screw not the plug. I hope this helps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrVr6KbTNac&feature=emb_logo

“Lovely walnut handrail with copper fittings ! great communication from the company ! There was a short delay in getting the order out to me through no fault of the companies. They were very quick to let me know with a full explanation and assured me my order would be with me by the end of the following week. It was delivered early yesterday as promised. I would definitely use this company again ! Happy Customer :)”

“Excellent quality square oak wall mounted handrail and stainless steel brackets and screws, the wallplugs however were not suitable for the length of the wall fixing screws provided, high performance wallplugs of the required length were purchased elsewhere. Overall the service, delivery, packaging, etc was first class”

“Very happy with the handrails, but two height adjustment screws missing, and they haven’t yet acknowledged or replied to my email. They have now been in contact, and hopefully the missing screws will arrive in the next few days.”

“I am very pleased with walnut hand rail. It arrived well packaged with all the accessories in good time. I decided to fit wooden turned ends instead of the brass caps as more in keeping with the age of this house. Yet to be stained and waxed but looks good and everything I hoped for.”

“Although the website is very straightforward, I made a call to the company enquiring about needing a size of handrail not stated in the drop down list. The call taker was very helpful and placed the order for me without any issues. I was updated via email of the order and its delivery progress, the handrail came within the time and date stated and I wasn't disappointed with it. Good heavy quality made to my measurements. Cannot fault this company or the delivery company in any way. Dont hesitate if you are looking for a good quality handrail. Thanks Simple Handrails!”

“The hand rail looks very good and was well packaged. The wall screws are too soft on the heads. These were changed for stainless ones. Advice on how best to fit rail would have been helpful as had to remove the wall brackets several times. I would buy again but use my own screws. Unable to post photo as browse box will not open.”

Hi Dave, All of our screws supplied are the best quality stainless steel screws on the market. We only send stainless steel as it can cross contaminate out factory.
