“Just bought the stainless steel rail and was surprised at how good the quality was and how well the brackets fit. As a DIY,er I had to Google how to fit it so would have been helpful if some fitting instruction were supplied, but that doesn't change how I feel about it hence the 5 stars”

“Simple Handrails is an all round great company. The website is straight forward with all parts listed and priced individually which is something I look for being a tradesman. Their delivery times are good considering the current pandemic and the customer service is excellent. I ordered quite a few products for one of my clients and everything was delivered on time and the packaging was fantastic in thick cardboard and bubble wrap. No chance of anything getting scratched in transit. My client and myself are very impressed with the quality of the items and the ease of installation. As you will see in the pictures, the handrails and glass look fabulous combined with the new composite decking. I will be using Simple Handrails again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Good quality handrail ready for finishing varnish or polish arrived well-packed and plus all the necessary fixings, themselves of good quality. Slight niggle; heads of wall screws a bit large for the countersunk screw holes in the wall brackets.”

“Had a delay on the agreed delivery date (down to the courier) so wasted a day off waiting in for delivery. Got it the next day. The product however is pretty good- slight size difference between the supplied end caps and the actual wooden rail, but only marginally. Also, the rail had a 4 inch bend down its length which thankfully pulled flat when screwed down to its mountings/brackets. For the price, a nice looking product that looks great.”

“5 star rating! Great quality of product and very prompt delivery for a disabled customer of ours that needed a handrail on there staircase at short notice. We are a bespoke carpentry and joinery company and are always on the look out for first class suppliers that can do what they say! I was voted top tradesperson 2020 by Screwfix so we need our suppliers to be the best out there. I will be a returning customer and i highly recommend SimpleHandrails.co.uk”

“Ordered online. Very comprehensive details of what and how I would receive it. Everything came in the the allotted time scale, nicely packed and as promised. I assembled the brackets and drilled holes in the wall. Fitted within an hour. Really very pleased with the result. Stainless steel tubing, brackets and screws.”
