“The handrails are of good quality, but the joiners are awkward to use, the wood needs drilling and there is no template. There are no instructions at all.”

“I’m pleased with the products, though I have yet to install them (it’s a tricky one requiring thought and experiment before making cuts). I’m much less pleased with delivery - the courier did not deliver in the day they promised. Some couriers deliver reliably in two hour windows, so to fail over a day simply won’t do.”

“The handrail was well packed and arrived as promised. Being stainless steel, it was heavier than I had anticipated, so took 2 of us to fix it. However, it came in 2 pieces which slotted together neatly. Within hours, my 95 yr old mother was able to use it to help her up and down stairs more securely. Being an amateur, what I had not anticipated was the wall structure (plaster board) before ordering, but the purchase of some special wall plugs took care of that.”
