“Very pleased with this handrail. Solid and substantial with nice finish. I did however purchase some 50 mm stainless steel screws as I felt the screws provided were too long for fixing directly into cavity brick wall.”

“Simple to order, communication was good to keep you up to date with progress of the order. Delivery was a day later than informed but that could have been an error from the courier. The quality is very good, even down to the inclusion of fixing plugs that were counted correctly, the handrail was simple to install, I liked the personalised ‘business card’ giving me the contact information of the person who put the order together. Well pleased I found SimpleHandrails and would recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“Great product, lovely finish. Delivered on time and extremely well packaged. The only trouble we had was centering the connector and the end caps. Maybe a pilot hole would have been helpful ?”

“Very happy. Lovely product. Great quick delivery, everything you need in the box , including screws rawlplugs. Only little problem was marking centre of pole end to attach fixing was a bit of an issue for us, obviously they can’t mark centre on poles that customers that are going to cut to size. Only a very minor thing. Would highly recommend. 😊”

“Nice product ,black powder coated handrail. The screws could have been black to match the handrail and the raw plugs were not for hollow walls . The delivery company emailed our consignment number and when I tracked it they couldn't find it. Rang simplehandrails who said it would be delivered by end of week. It wasn't , it was delivered the following week but with no notification -( just left on the lawn) and no delivery note or invoice. It is fitted and looks great.”

“Brilliant rail, well made and delivered on time by Tuffnells. I was a bit worried about the. delivery after reading reviews but I had no problems. Rail looks great and was easy to fit. They even gave me one stainless steel screw too many!!”
